Numon's story

Numon is a resident of the town of Istaravshan in the Sogdiyskiy region which is located in the northern part of Tajikistan. He is a rancher and farmer. He is 56 years old and has a wife, son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. Nomon has been buying and reselling sheep since 2005. Livestock sheep business is their family business. His wife and son are helping him. At the same time he also cultivates crops on a 0.6 hectares of land.

Right now Numon only has two sheep in his business. To continue his ranching business he needs to increase the headcount of sheep. He is asking for a loan with this purpose to buy 20 heads of sheep and fodder. Numon usually feeds the sheep for two months and then sells them on the cattle market of the town and gets a good profit.
