Leonora is 36 years old and married with three children.
Leonora works hard to provide for her family. She runs a buying and selling of nipa (woven palm mats used for house repair and construction) business in the Philippines and requested a 10,000 PHP (Philippines pesos) loan through NWTF to purchase additional nipa to sell.
Leonora has borrowed and repaid 15 loans from NWTF before this loan. She has been running the nipa business for 14 years and also earns an income from farming and selling vegetables.
Leonora aspires to save enough money so she could afford to send her children to college.
