Thomas's story

Thomas is a 38 year-old man from Majengo, in Kakamega county, which is located in the Western part of Kenya. He supports four family members and is married to Polline who is a businesswoman. He has one child who is two years old.

Thomas owns a shop, a business he has been doing for the last 3 years. He gets a monthly income of KES 10,000. He has applied for his third loan with KADET LTD, which he will use to purchase items for his shop, such as sugar, maize flour, wheat flour and soap in bulk for resale. He will use the anticipated profit to diversify his business.

Thomas's dream and hope is to create employment opportunities for others by expanding his business, so as to employ more people to help him run the business. He also wishes to give his child the best education possible.
