Celsa is a 44-year-old married woman from Talibon, Bohol. She has five children; the oldest is 18 while the youngest is 5. She engages in tailoring services. She has been doing tailoring for almost five years. She accepts dressmaking and dress adjustments. She needs more capital to continue her tailoring services, so Celsa requested a loan of 7,000 PHP (Philippines pesos) to buy cloth and various sewing materials like needles. In the the future, Celsa would like to improve her tailoring services to be able to finance the education of her children.
