Angel is 35 years old and lives 8 kilometers from the city with his wife Elvira and two children, a nine year-old girl and a six year-old boy, both school aged. He has worked with his car as a taxi driver for 8 years transporting passengers in and around the city of Cochabamba. He now needs operating capital to change the 4 car tires as they are already very used by his job. He wasn't able to change them before because it is a job that has high and low periods of passengers and therefore income is not as stable as an owner would like. It is an important necessity because it is the main source of income supporting the family. He lives in 2 rooms rented for the family. He wants to save to in the future be able to buy land and to construct a home to improve the living conditions of his family.
