Kenjegul's story

Kenjegul is 40 years old, unmarried and has one school-aged son. Since 2005, she has sold food products and cold drinks from her own grocery pavilion. She started the business with 10,000 KGS. Thanks to her tireless efforts and patience, Kenjegul has successfully increasesd the size of her small business and her monthly profits bring in 15,000 KGS. With the goal of further business development and increasing profits, she has turned to the microfinance bank Bai Tushum and Partners for a loan of 40,000 KGS for the expansion of inventory and production. Kenjegul wants to use the income from the loan to give her son a worthy education.
