Ashot's story

Ashot is 47 years old. He lives in Vanadzor city, which is in the Lori region. He is married and has two children: a son and a daughter. Ashot has a vocational education; he has graduated from Agricultural College, Veterinary Department. Now he works as a butcher at the Vanadzor city food market in a rented stall. He has been engaged in this business for three years and already has many loyal customers who trust Ashot. They know that they can buy fresh and clean products from his stall. Ashot buys the meat from the farmers of nearby villages twice in a month.

Ashot asks for a loan in an amount of 800,000 Armenian drams to buy a car in order to be able to bring the meat from different villages by his own car; it will lighten his work and save his money, which he uses on renting a car for the meat transfer.
