A loan of $375 helped to buy organic fertilizer.

Olga's story

Olga is a happy 45-year-old woman. She has 3 children, but she only lives with one of them in a house that she bought 6 years ago. Olga grows potatoes, corn, and alfalfa, which she serves to her animals. She has cows and sheep that she sells to the people in her town. This way, she generates more economic income. But since she is very hardworking, she also works packaging chicken at a business in her city. She does this activity two times a week, since she also has to care for her animals and her agricultural products. Now she has set specific goals to continue growing. And she is sure to achieve them.

This is her fourth loan with KIVA and she is grateful for the financial support that she receives to continue moving forward. She promises to pay her bills on time. Olga will use the 1000 soles to buy organic fertilizer to nourish their crops.
