Villa Rayanniyoc Group's story

The members belong to the “Villa Rayanniyoc” communal bank in the Taray district, Calca province, Cusco department.

Luisa, a member, is 34 years old, married, and has four children. She works in her business of raising animals. She raises guinea pigs and also works with livestock. She has had her businesses for two years, and it is going very well for her. She fattens her animals and helps them grow. She then sells them at the different fairs. She works from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Her dream is to have a place where she is able to sell the animals. She is requesting the loan to buy guinea pigs and feed for the animals.

The member in the photo that is inset asked permission for her photo to be taken afterwords for work reasons.

The members sell basic grains, sell food, sell vegetables, and raise animals.

The member is grateful to those who comprise part of this dream through these means. She pledges to make her payments as scheduled.
