A loan of $1,000 helped to buy churros, cookies, grains, soap, bleach and other products his customers want to stock his store. He will use the other half to build a wall to protect his house from flooding.

José Jorge Antonio's story

José, 35, lives with his life partner and two children, ages 7 and 12. He has been employed for 13 years and also operates a small shop with his partner. He has applied to Fundación Campo for a loan to buy churros, cookies, grains, soap, bleach and other products his customers want to stock his store; he will use the other half to build a wall to protect his house from flooding.

The additional inventory will increase sales and income, which will help the entire family. They will no longer have to worry about flooding, which will improve the family's well-being. His goals are to keep going and stocking more inventory so that one day he will have everything his customers want. He also wants to keep improving his family's living conditions.
