A loan of $600 helped to pay for coconuts.

Nenita's story

Nenita is a hard working mother, in the coconut business for over twenty years. Her loan, which she used as additional capital, went a long way in her business. Her income assisted her in her children's studies and in their everyday expenses. Nenita and her husband are both working hard to provide for their everyday needs.

She would like to apply for another 26,000 PHP loan to purchase more coconuts. The profits from her business will definitely help her sustain her daily needs and educational expenses of her children. She looks forward to this financial increase with gratitude.

Nenita hopes to be more successful in her business and dreams of having a good future. She meets up with her co-fellowship* members to share stories of her life and business every week, where she can also draw strength and inspiration from the fellowship and the Word of God she studies.

All CCT community partners / clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and repay Micro Finance loans.
