Luz Marina's story

Luz Marina is a 49-year-old woman who is married and the mother of two children. She currently works as a seamstress, a trade that she learned approximately 25 years ago. In 1994, she started her own workshop that generated two permanent jobs. Thanks to her business and the support of her husband, she has been able to help her children get ahead. Luz is a hardworking and dedicated person who has the drive to succeed in her business, despite having an unstable income due to certain times of the year when her sales are low.

Luz has already received 11 loans from Interactuar and her current request will be used to buy supplies in bulk (fabrics, thread, and buttons) and to pay for the maintenance of her machines. As a result, she will be able to offer a variety of goods to satisfy the tastes of her customers as well as provide better quality in her finished products. Her main goal is to increase her income so that she can acquire a house of her own and provide a better quality of life and the best well-being for her family.
