A loan of $400 helped to purchase seeds, fertilizer, and insecticide.

Teresa Del Rosario's story

Teresa works as a farmer, mainly planting corn. She has done this work for three years and it is how she earns her daily bread. She is a hardworking and responsible woman who is well known in her area for her huge heart and kindness to others. When her harvest is ready, she stores it in the granaries shown in the photograph. Later, she takes it for sale at different basic grains agencies. With the income she earns, she meets some of her household expenses. She lives in a relative's home with her two children.

Since it is planting season, she has decided to start to prepare herself. This is why she is requesting a new loan from INTEGRAL to invest in the purchase of seeds, fertilizer, and insecticide. She hopes that her harvest is abundant and better than the previous ones, since this is the way she supports her family. She trusts God that with his help, her dedication, and her effort in her work, she will achieve her dream of improving her family's quality of life.
