A loan of $475 helped to pay for raw ingredients like rice, pork, chicken, vegetables, and other products needed in her food stall business.

Editha's story

Editha can prove that her loan got her a long way in her business. Aside from her food stall, she also has a salon, a Selecta stall and a catering service. The loans that she acquired were also a big help in the education of her children. She and her husband are working hard to provide for their everyday needs.

She would like to apply for another 20,000 PHP loan to purchase raw ingredients and supplies needed in her business. Her profits will help her to sustain her daily needs and cover the educational expenses of her children. She looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in her heart.

Editha hopes that all her businesses will continue to grow and dreams of giving her children a good life and education. Every week, she meets with her co-fellowship members to share stories of her work and also to draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God that she studies.

* All Center for Community Transformation Credit Cooperative (CCT) community partners/clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and pay microfinance loans.
