A loan of $1,000 helped to buy dairy cows.

Yemnis Arely's story

Yemnis is a person who has been working mornings as a domestic employee for several years; she spends the rest of the day making flowers, an activity she’s been doing for many years and an occupation she learned from her parents. She’s 32-years-old and has a spouse and three children.

She and her spouse and children rise at 5am to get ready to go to work and to go to school. Artificial flowers are her raw materials for her business and she buys them in the municipal market in the city where they are less expensive.

The loan she’s asking Fundación Campo for is to buy dairy cows to produce milk to sell or to make cheese, cream, etc. to sell and earn income for family support. Yemnis plans in future to give her children university education so that they can become professionals.
