A loan of $350 helped to purchase six goats for resale.

Mjeni's story

Mjeni is a married woman with four kids who attend school. Her husband is a farmer, and together they own a house that has neither electricity nor piped water.

She has operated a goat-meat selling business for the past two years. Her potential clients are mostly butcher operators and fellow villagers.

With the 30,000 Kenyan shillings, she wants to purchase six goats for resale. She decided to join Yehu to access financial support to improve her business.
