Mutabazi Group's story

Oscar is part of a group called Mutabazi and lives in Rumonge. He is 37 and married to Anastasie, a farmer. Together they have four children, aged from 4 to 11 years. He has been running a general store selling soap, salt, palm oil, etc. for 15 years. He is on his second loan from Turame. With the Kiva loan that he hopes to receive, he will grow his working capital and buy a large quantity of items for his store (soap, salt, palm oil, etc.) for resale so he can earn more.

In the years to come, he would like to see his children continue their studies and lead joyful lives.

In this group: Oscar, Bahati, Ruhuna, Aline, Ndasu, Bahati, Marc, Annociate, Mertus, Tabu, Hawa, Kabura, Scholastique, Skitu, Sifa, Cyprien, Espérance
