A loan of $475 helped to buy spare parts for his bus.

Riadh's story

Riadh is a 27-year-old, married man who has three children and lives in Taiz, Yemen. He has had a bus for two years. First, he saved a small amount of money, renting his own land to customers, in order to buy the bus. He has been offering bus transportation services, to and from his city, for some time now and his work has kept him increasingly busy.

Riadh applied for a youth loan of YER 100,000 from Al-Amal Microfinance Bank (AMB) to buy spare parts for his bus. He hopes to buy another bus.
