Karshiboy is a married man and father to five children. He has spent his time raising and breeding cattle since he was a child when he helped on his father's farm. Now he and his sons are farmers. Before, in Soviet times, he worked on a farm, so he has lots of experience in this field. In addition to working with livestock, Karshiboy has a plot of land where he grows onions, carrots, and tomatoes. His wife and daughter help him. While Karshiboy and his sons are busy farming his wife and daughter look after the cattle; they milk the cows and produce dairy products from the milk such as yogurt, cottage cheese, and butter. Karshiboy is very busy in the summer and therefore goes to the market early in the morning to deliver the harvest of vegetables and trade with wholesale merchants. At this time Karshiboy wants to grow his herd and for this purpose he applied to Arvand. He is very glad and thankful for the loan that will let him grow his herd.

Каршибой женатый мужчина, отец пятерых детей. Он занимается откормом и разведением скота с молодых лет, еще в детстве он помогал отцу в животноводстве. Теперь сам с сыновьями занимается этим делом. Раньше в советские времена он работал на ферме, поэтому имеет большой опыт в этой сфере. Кроме животноводства у Каршибоя есть участок земли, где он выращивает лук, морковь, помидор. Его жена и невестки тоже помогают ему. Когда Каршибой с сыновьями занят сельскими работами, его жена и невестки присматривают за скотом, доят молоко, и производят из молока кисломолочные продукты такие как кефир, творог и сливочное масло.
У Каршибоя летом почти нету свободного времени, с раннего утра он привозит на рынок свой урожай овощей и сдает оптом торговцам.
В данное время Каршибой хочет увеличить поголовье скота и с этой целю он обратился в организацию Арванд. Он очень рад, что благодаря кредитованию он сможет увеличить поголовье скота.
