She has been involved in an agricultural business - animal husbandry and farming - since 1991, having started this business with a sum of 10,000 som (KGS). The monthly income from the business amounts to 5,000 som (KGS). Thanks to Damira's hard work, today she has a good farm, containing two dairy cows, thirty sheep and four horses. She also has 1.24 hectares of irrigated land. The profit allowed Damira to increase livestock on her farm and, thus, improve the family welfare. In order to further develop her business, Damira requested a loan in the amount of 120,000 som (KGS) from the Microfinance Bank "Bai-Tushum and Partners" to buy livestock for fattening up and resale and also to buy mineral fertilizers for treating the land. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into further increasing livestock quantities.
