Mrs. Vân works in agriculture, farming poultry and cattle with her business in the Thieu Hoa district, a rural town in Thanh Hoa province. Van has been involved in this business for more than ten years. One of the most critical business difficulties that concerns her is a lack of capital.

Van is the group leader of the 3.4.311.15 Thieu Phuc solidarity group, which consists of five members. She is requesting a loan to purchase baby livestock cattle to raise and sell in the future.

Vân is 54 years old and she is married, with three children. Two are grown up, so she supports one dependent.

In 2012, Vân joined the Fund for Thanh Hoa Poor Women to improve her business. Vân has successfully repaid two loans from the Fund for Thanh Hoa Poor Women.

With her business profit, Vân hopes for her children to find a good job, to buy land of her own, and to be able to buy more supplies and equipment for her business.
