A loan of $375 helped to purchase blouses, shirts and polo shirts for selling in her business.

Lupita's story

Lupita is 43 years old and married. She lives with her husband and her two children in a house that she owns. Lupita sells various garments that she has to offer, such as trousers, shirts, polo shirts, etc. She has been in this line of work for 8 years and she works alone, since she believes she doesn't need another person for the job. She greatly enjoys what she does because it allows her to have the time to work for a public institution. Aside from selling clothing, this means an additional source of income for her, and thus she's able to improve her family's living conditions. She wishes to keep on working and later on open a boutique or a store where she can sell her merchandise. On this occasion she'll request 1,000 soles. She gives thanks for the opportunity she's been given to get the loan she needs in order to continue achieving her goals. With the requested amount she'll purchase garments such as blouses, shirts, and polo shirts for men and women for her business.
