Karina's story

Karina is thirty-six and lives in her own home with her husband and their son. She has a small stand from which she sells spices and condiments. She prepares different combinations of condiments to sell to her customers, who always come to buy from her. She has been doing this work for thirteen years and has always worked on her own. Everything that she does in her business is very good for her, since during her time working there she has learned how to gain a good number of loyal customers, which in turn leads to good profits. She hopes to continue working hard so that she can grow her business and improve her financial situation.

She is currently seeking a loan of 2,000 nuevos soles. She wishes to thank everyone who is making it possible for her to obtain this loan, which she needs in order to meet her business objectives. With these funds she will purchase ingredients, condiments and spices, such as pepper, cumin and garlic. This will enable to increase the variety of products that she offers to her customers.
