Mwanamkuu's story

Mwanamkuu, aged 29 years, is a married woman with two children, both of whom attend school. She lives at her own house that has neither electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is school fees.

For the past three years, she has operated a farming business, selling farming produce from home to her neighbors and passersby. Her potential customers are neighbors and passersby. She faces a major challenge of seasonality in her business. Mwanamkuu dreams of establishing more business in the future.
