Maqsood's story

Maqsood is a 53-year-old married woman. She is the mother of eight children. She is motivated to provide all facilities of life to her family.

She has been running a small general store in her community for the last five years with her son, who is also shown in the photo. She offers various goods for daily use and counts on a good client list.

To cope with the demands of her customers, Maqsood needs to purchase more items, such as packs of biscuits, grains and flour in large quantity. For this, she requested a loan of Rs. 20,000 from Kashf Foundation. With the help of this loan, she will be able to meet the increasing demands of her clients and generate more revenue.

She wishes to utilize part of the revenues to deal with personal expenses and to increase business capital.
