A loan of $1,100 helped to buy cosmetics.

Zoila Rodolfina's story

Zoila is a kind, gracious client who is part of the “Damas Responsables” (Responsible Ladies) credit group. She likes this way of borrowing very much because she shares with her friends and neighbors and the loans allow her to continue growing in her business. She lives around the city of Cuenca, a city that enjoys natural and architectural beauty. It’s been a Cultural Heritage of Humanity since 1999 and its cuisine enchants whoever visits it.

Zoila is 50-years-old and divorced. She has conceived five children four of which are adults; one of her sons works and helps her out economically, three of her children attend university and her youngest attends secondary school. She does not own a house; she rents.

Zoila does her housework and also works in a boutique. She will use her loan to buy a wide variety of cosmetics to start out in this business. She has been a part of this beautiful group for two years. Her dream is to have her own boutique because she likes to provide customer service.
