Elvis de Jesús 47 años de edad casado con siete hijos, aun bajo su responsabilidad, originario de uno de los municipios de Chinandega zona donde predomina la comercialización de mariscos, el turismo por sus hermosas playas, Elvis es propietario de un pequeño acopio de mariscos, el compra a pescadores de la zona y posteriormente los vende a los compradores que entran de otro municipio a parte de los ingresos por venta de mariscos también tiene ingresos de la pesca artesanal, este negocio lo inicia con fondos propios, productos de algunos ahorros personal buscando un medio digno de vida, Elvis con muchos esfuerzos y con créditos que se le han otorgado ha logrado mejorar su vivienda e incrementado su negocio, el objetivo de este crédito es para capital de trabajo, invertir en variedades de mariscos como: pescados, jaibas, conchas, camarones, tiguacal, langostas entre otros.-
