Mavzuna's story

Mavzuna is a hardworking and positive woman of the age of 51 years. She is married and has four grow-up children. Together with her husband she works to support her children with everything necessary. Not long ago they married away their daughter and also their son. Currently they live alone, and their children also look after them and help.

In order to have a stable income for living, Mavzuna has a small business. Her main activity is to sell fabric and clothing. She has around 10 years of experience in this area of sales. She is familiar with the difficulties of running a business and has extensive experience in this activity. Mavzuna's husband also helps her run the business, while earning money from running his own taxi service (marshrutka).

Mavzuna has another son, who will start university this year. Therefore they need financial resources in order to pay his tuition. Therefore Mavzuna would like to expand her business, in order to receive a larger income from it and have the opportunity to pay for her son's tuition. Currently, the summer season for selling fabric is starting, and the sale is going well. Therefore, she plans to bring a wide range of goods. Mavzuna and her husband express their thankfulness to the "Arvand" organization for the financial support.
