A loan of $1,375 helped to buy wholesale sodas and other drinks for her store.

Jackeline's story

Jackeline is 28 years old. She is married and lives in her own house with her husband and two children. Jackeline sells sodas and beer in her parents' house, where she installed a small bar. She has a refrigerator given by the distribution company where she puts each one of the drinks to chill them. She has the support of her mother when she is not at home. She likes the business since it lets her care for her young son. Given how lucrative the business is and the demand that she has, she wants to continue with this activity and expand it even more, opening a store where she can sell other kinds of products in the same line. Jackeline is very happy to know that in this loan with Kiva she has financial backing to continue advancing in the achievement of her goals. She promises to be punctual with each one of her repayments. With the amount requested of 3800 nuevos soles, she will buy an assortment of brands and varieties of wholesale sodas and beer.
