A loan of $1,250 helped to buy supplies for maintaining her coffee plants.

Seleazar Alnacer's story

Seleazar is 26 years old, married and a mother to two children. She completed only the first three years of primary school and now splits her time between looking after the home and working in farming, growing coffee, corn and beans. Seleazar has a lot of experience as, from a very young age, she has worked in this area and her parents taught her how to work the land. Saleazar is grateful to her parents as it was them who left her a plot of land. This land was for her to start a business, which, in family traditional, would be in the agricultural sector. Seleazar has applied for a loan from "COMIXMUL" in order to maintain her coffee crops and to avoid damages such as rust and other dangers. She will buy urea, fertilisers, manure and other products that will prevent her crops from deteriorating. Seleazar's goals are to protects her crops as best as possible, and to avoid dangers and diseases, such as rust and other problems that can prevent having an excellent harvest. Seleazar will reinvest in her crops, support her husband and continue to support her children's growth, studies and other needs.
