Norma's story

Norma is 62 years old and lives in the small town of San Lorenzo in southern Honduras. She has made a living for the past 25 years making baked goods like pastries, bagels, quesadillas, loaves of bread, tortas and other items. Norma sells her products every day of the week, and her customers are friends and neighbors who visit her daily. Her business is located in her home. Norma is requesting the loan to purchase ingredients like corn, flour, eggs, sugar, yeast and other items she needs to make the products she sells. With the support of this loan, she expects to expand her inventory and her sales volume. Norma's dream is to buy a car.
