A loan of $1,200 helped to buy chickens and corn.

Goussi's story

Goussi sells chickens and corn in the market. She is the mother of three young children, two of whom attend school. She is anxious to ensure at all costs that she is able to meet their needs in terms of health, nutrition and education. Her loan request is made with a view to growing her turnover, with the opening of additional sales outlets. She has been doing this business for eight years now, and is convinced that this next step is necessary for the family's wellbeing. She is married and 35 years old.
