A loan of $1,000 helped to purchase a local drink product.

Améyo's story

Améyo is a 35 year old widow and the mother of one child, who attends school. To cover the family's living expenses, she sells 'sodabi' (a local alcoholic drink) from her home. Her first loan will allow her to buy supplies in order to meet the demand from her customers. Améyo hopes to open a small store and to care for her child.
