Sandra, 32 years old, is very friendly and hard working. She lives with her husband and three children. She works very hard on her own plot of land where she plants corn and beans. Her products are of very good quality. When the harvest is ready she stores it in the silo, as shown in the photo, so that she can later go out and sell it at different markets that are near her home. Sandra is requesting a loan from Kiva partner Integral so she will have the needed money to purchase farming supplies such as pest control, fertilizer, compost, seeds, and other things that she needs for her planting. She longs to increase her sales to be able to generate better revenues and give her family better financial stability.
