Odette belongs to the Kwizera group and lives in Gitega. She is 35 years old and is married to David, a merchant. Together they have five children who are in school.

She has run a business selling manioc for 16 years.

She is on her third loan with Turame. With the Kiva loan she obtains, she is going to increase her capital and buy a large quantity of manioc for resale in order to earn more.
