A loan of $1,500 helped to buy iron and metal sheets to put a roof on her house.

Reina Isabel's story

Reina is 29 years old and is a single mother to her five-year-old son. Reina is an enterprising woman who makes a living selling chips, cakes, yucca and more. She has had this business for over three years. In order to buy basic materials for making her products, Reina depends on items that she goes out to sell as she cannot store the products. So, she makes her purchases every day.

Reina is applying to this loan from "Fundación Campo" in order to buy iron and sheets of metal to put a roof on her house. With this loan she will be able to fulfill her need for a roof on her home. With this, Reina will no longer have to rent and she will be able to live alongside her mother, under a safe roof. Reina and her mother's living conditions have improved greatly as they will be in their own home. They will be more secure and will be more comfortable.

In the future, Reina would like to build a room for her son, as well as a kitchen and to have a better oven in order to improve her income.
