Rahat's Group's story

Rahat is a 40-year-old housewife and has four children. She lives in Lahore, Pakistan. Rahat's husband owns a clothing shop in the market, which is the only source of income for the family. He sells a variety of clothes in his shop, but he would like to offer more variety to his customers which will help him to increase his net income and savings as well. However due to the lack of funds he finds it difficult. Therefore his wife Rahat has requested a loan from Kiva's partner BRAC Pakistan so that she can help her husband to purchase a variety of clothes from the factory to sell in the market at a profitable price. With the profit amount, Rahat's husband wants to grow his business in the future. Rahat is very thankful to Kiva and BRAC Pakiatan.
