Victor's story

Victor, 60 years old, is married to María, who is the mother of his children who are now independent. He lives comfortably in his own house. He makes his living selling groceries, and relies on a store which is installed in his house. He has dedicated himself to this business for more than five years, and so far has relied on the support of his wife, who is attentive when he is doing other activities. He likes his business, as it earns him very good income, in addition to being home with his wife. Because of this, he has plans to continue growing his business and expand selling drinks from different brands and flavors. This will be his first loan with Kiva, and he is very happy to receive financial support which will allow him to continue forward with his business. With the requested amount, 3000 new soles, he will buy groceries such as rive, sugar, milk, flour, among others.
