A loan of $750 helped to buy fertilizers to do maintenance on his coffee farm.

Jose Remberto's story

Jose is 33 years old, is married, has two children and lives in a village that is part of the city of Gracias, Lempira. Jose makes a living by growing coffee. He has his own crop, a wet parchment production he sells in the local market.

He has decided to ask for a loan for 15,000 Honduran lempiras to buy fertilizers, to clean his coffee and to be able to get a good production. His plan is to be able to get more land to expand his cultivation, and for his children to finish their studies.
