Sonia Del Carmen's story

45-year-old Sonia lives with her life partner and their three children. She is a farmer who grows corn and sorghum. She has been in this line of work for many years and has gained very valuable experience which enables her to achieve the best harvests. Sonia's farmland is located in an agricultural area. She sells her produce in neighboring areas and has a lot of regular customers who like to buy from her because her produce is good quality, she sells it at really affordable prices and her customer service can't be beat. In addition to her farm work, Sonia also has a small store in her home which provides her with extra income with which to support her household. Sonia is a woman who is dedicated to her work. She is always ready to work hard to achieve success. She would like to make the most of the growth of her business to increase her production and thereby make more profits. She needs to invest in inputs, for which she needs capital. She is requesting a loan from Integral so that she can buy corn and sorghum seed, fertilizers, insecticides, tools, etc. This will allow her to improve the land where she grows her crops (the land shown in the photo). She will be able to achieve even better harvests which will give her good profits and enable her to improve her family's financial stability.
