C’est un homme marié et père de famille. Il évolue dans la location de sonorisation pour les journées culturelles et les cérémonies religieuses, il a une expérience de 11ans dans cet activité. Monsieur Déthié sollicite ce montant de 200.000F pour acheter des radios et les louer après. C’est lui qui gère les dépenses quotidiennes de sa famille.
