Leang is 52 years old. She is married and resides with four children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. They have been growing rice and fattening up animals for more than ten years, earning approximately $2 daily. Three of her children are employed in a garment factory. They earn about $11 per day.
Due to the difficulty in her family's transportation, Leang is requesting a loan of $1500 to purchase a motorbike for commuting. This purchase will help her reduce family's transportation expenses. In the future, she wants to build fence around her house and help her youngest child get higher education.
