Vida is married to a farmer; she has two children. She uses her income to help her husband pay the household expenses, as well as save for a rainy day.
As a middle school graduate, Vida currently sells paddy rice and eggs in Hohoe. With over 15 years of experience in this trade, Vida sees an opportunity to expand her enterprise further. Nevertheless, she does not have the working capital necessary to increase her quantity of stock.
Thus, her loan will be used to buy more paddy rice and eggs, indirectly helping her boost her overall sales. Vida wants to make her business self-sustainable as soon as possible. As a result, she plans to channel the new profits from her expanded business back into her paddy rice and egg enterprise.
