The ten members of the group "DJIGUIFA III" are married women averaging 41 years of age and four children each. They live for the most part in polygamous families in Folonda, a village in Commune de Guégnaka, Préfecture de Dioîla, Région de Koulikoro (2nd administrative region of the Republic of Mali). The women are collaborating with the microfinance institution Soro Yiriwaso to carry out their work at the start of the rainy season. The crops grown include peanuts, millet and okra. The women are on their sixth collaboration with the institution.

With this loan, BINTA, who is sitting in the middle of her row, intends to purchase farm inputs and sundry equipment and to pay for plowing for maintaining about 1.5 hectares of millet and peanuts.

After the harvest, the produce is sold in Fana City to a customer base composed of men and women. She plans on making a profit of about 100,000 francs CFA per planting.

Les dix membres du groupe DJIGUIFAIII sont des femmes mariées avec une moyenne d’âge de 41 ans et ont en moyenne 4 enfants. Elles vivent la plupart dans des familles polygames à Folonda, un des villages de la commune de Guegnaka, préfecture de Dioîla, région de Koulikoro, 2ème région administrative du mali.
Elles collaborent avec l’institution de micro finance Soro yiriwaso dans le but de pouvoir mieux organiser leurs activités en début d’hivernage. Les spéculations cultivées sont entre autres l’arachide, du mil et du gombo. Elles sont à leur sixième collaboration avec l’institution.
Avec ce nouveau prêt, BINTA la personne au milieu dans le rang des assises, compte acheter les intrants, les petits équipements et payer les frais de labour pour entretenir environs 1.5Ha de mil et d’arachide.
Les productions sont vendues au niveau de la ville de fana, après les récoltes à une clientèle composée d’hommes et de femmes. Elle compte réaliser un bénéfice de 100 000F CFA environs par campagne.

Soro Yiriwaso is a microfinance institution that works primarily in rural and semi-urban areas of Mali to provide underprivileged communities with access to financial services.The organization facilitates access for disadvantaged clients, particularly women, to new resources and services, fostering solidarity and cooperation among its clients.
