Ester is a 51-year-old married woman from Talibon, Bohol. She has five children, ages 16 to 25. Ester has been raising pigs for more than four years now. She requested a loan of 6,000 PHP to buy feed for the pigs for them to grow healthy so that she could sell them on time. In the future, Ester would like to expand her pig-raising business to improve her livelihood status and also to save for the education of her children.
