A loan of $2,200 helped a member to buy clothes to sell.

Ruteete Twimuke Group's story

Teddy used the loan to buy clothes to sell. She is a 61-year old single parent with six children living in a permanent house in Fort Portal, Uganda. Her family goal is to educate her children and finish working on her house. She owns a boutique that she started 11 years ago and faces a challenge of inadequate capital since most of the profits she gets are used to provide the basics to her children. In spite of this, she is determined to transform her business into a big boutique specializing in children and women's wear. Teddy intends to use the loan to buy clothes to sell.
