A loan of $2,975 helped a member to buy chicken feed.

San Miguel Group's story

The committee "San Miguel" was formed when various neighbors in the city of Santaní got together. The members are part of a very close-knit group who often complete activities together that strengthen their teamwork.

Ms. Mariana, one of the members, raises chicken. She would like to use the loan for which she is applying to invest in chicken feed in order to continue to feed her animals.

She defines herself as a hard-working and entrepreneurial person, who fights to improve her life and economic conditions, since she lives in a very isolated rural zone with little access to modes of communication.
