Víctor's story

Victor is 47 years old. He is hard working and determined, with a will to get ahead in life. He lives with his spouse and 3 children, aged 20, 14, and 3 years old, in a house they own.
Victor sells groceries of first necessity in a store located in his house where he takes care of his clients, most of whom are neighbors. He treats them in a kind and friendly way. He has had this business for 5 years and carries out his work mostly on his own, though sometimes with the help of his spouse. Victor enjoys his job because it allows him to work from the comfort of his home and the business profit allows him to help his spouse with the household expenses. On the negative side, he doesn't like it when customers are late on their payments, but this doesn't discourage him and he keeps working with the same energy. His plan now is to continue to work on his business and to make it grow.
This will be Victor's second loan with Kiva. He is hoping to get help to carry out his plans. With the amount of 3000 Nuevos Soles, Victor will buy supplies such as rice, sugar, noodles, etc. He will look to get lower prices by paying in cash so he can stock his store and gain his customer's preference.
