A loan of $475 helped to purchase more groceries to sell in her variety store.

Ma. Racil's story

As a married parent of two children, Ma. Racil works hard to support her family. She has a variety store business in the Philippines and earns additional income from clothing sales. Ma. Racil is borrowing PHP 20,000 through Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. (NWTF) to purchase more groceries to sell in her variety store. Ma. Racil has been sustaining her business activities through her past six loans from NWTF and, more recently, through Kiva. She hopes that her hard work will help her attain her dream to save money to expand her business.
