A loan of $4,825 helped a member to maintain her shop.

San Miguel Group's story

San Miguel is a group of enthusiastic women who, in addition to being homemakers, have decided to become important contributors to their households. The members of San Miguel feel fulfilled when starting up businesses run by themselves.

One of the members, Dora Celia, started a fast-food business selling hamburgers and hotdogs. She is a resident of the municipality of Guadalupe and is known for her delicious sazón (seasoning). Dora Celia’s husband supported her to undertake this desire for self-improvement.

She is sure that the loan commitment she now accepts will allow her to invest in the upkeep of the establishment where she currently sells. Dora Celia is confident that her business is moving forward.
